Pricing Variations
We do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our and other companies websites are correct, and we try to keep our prices constant. Sometimes we need to change the cost of a product, either up or down.
Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for 30 days from when the order was placed.
Prices listed in any other websites may not be accepted. We sell our products through a number of different online channels and we cannot always control when they are updated. We reserve the right not to accept a price listed on a site other than our own.
Payments
Payments for our products are made directly through our website.
Our payment processor for credit card transactions is Stripe. If you use Stripe, you agree to the Stripe terms of service and privacy policy
We also offer PayPal to process your payments. If you use PayPal, you agree to PayPal’s terms of service and privacy policy.
Please note for wholesale customers (minimum purchase $500) we are only accepting EFT to help our customers avoid credit card fees. Please contact Alana direct via email to discuss specific wholesale terms and conditions.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping will be itemised separately on each invoice. 50% of the shipping costs will be covered for wholesale orders over $500. Basic postal insurance will be covered for any shipments within Australia.
Shipping International Orders
We do not ship international orders at this time.
Delivery Window
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger wholesale orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Alana via email within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. If a return is required, responsibility of shipping/freight costs will be at the discretion of Alana Gardini.
ReturnS
If your book is faulty, we will happily refund or exchange with proof of purchase and photo evidence of product fault. Return requests must be made via email directly to Alana Gardini within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Alana Gardini’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. If a return is required, responsibility of shipping/freight costs will be at the discretion of Alana Gardini.
Customer contact details (first name, surname & phone number) are required for any refunds or exchanges to be processed.
All refunds will be credited to their original method of payment.
SALE items are eligible for an exchange only under the stated terms above.
We do not accept returns for ‘change of mind’ purchases
